Bundle Your Meals

Label MeatBundling means making a large batch of something and making several different meals from it.

10 lbs of Hamburger can be broken into 5 different meals.

Make a general meatball/meatloaf base mixture, break mixture into (5) 2lb portions.

You can make 6 lbs of individual meatballs (roll and freeze a few minutes before placing in gallon sized freezer baggies) and (2) 2 lb Meatloaves. Do not precook any of the food.

  • Meal One: Spaghetti and Meatballs
  • Meal Two: Freeze Meatballs for Swedish Meatballs or Stroganoff Meatballs
  • Meal Three: Freeze Meatballs for Sweet and Sour Meatballs
  • Meal Four: Meatloaf Ketchup Glaze
  • Meal Five: Meatloaf with a Horseradish Glaze or Add ingredients for Mexican Meatloaf

8 lbs of Hamburger can be browned and broken into (4) 2lb portions then frozen in freezer bags.

  • 2lbs Browned Meat for Chili
  • 2lbs Browned Meat for Tacos
  • 2lb Browned Meat for Shepherds Pie
  • 2lb Browned Meat for Meat Sauce

8 lbs of Chicken Cutlets can be made into 4 different meals. Bread and cook cutlets. These are always time consuming to make so when you make them, make them in large batches.

  • Meal One: Chicken Cutlets
  • Meal Two: Chicken Parmesan
  • Meal Three: One Extra Parmesan to freeze
  • Meal Four: Chicken Cutlet Panini's
