One of five Prevention Magazine ‘Picture of Health’ finalists, featured on ‘The Doctors’, Kristi Marsh is no ordinary woman. Her passion is to share with the world her knowledge on how to reduce exposure to harmful chemicals in cosmetics, household cleaners, and food sources. Having emerged victorious from aggressive breast cancer, Kristi started on a quest of ridding herself of chemicals and becoming more educated and proactive of clean-living.

The purpose of her work is educational and she does not sell any products: she simply empowers others to look for resources, giving them ideas and action steps.

This healthy household makeover combines Choose Wiser's most requested workshops in one foundation class. Designed for busy women, Whole Lifestyle Springboard focuses on affordable, convenient, and simple ways to choose wiser for healthy bodies. Resources are discussed through hands-on activities, videos, and stories.
Start by discovering why harmful ingredients are found in personal care products, how they can affect your health and your children’s health, and what you can DO about it.
Then, learn how to replace chlorine bleach, VOCS, bisphenol A in household products. Your actions will improve your family’s safety and indoor air quality.
Conclude by confidently reducing antibiotics, synthetic hormones, and pesticides consumed in your meals. You can make a significant impact without having to change your favorite foods.

At the end of the workshop, you will be empowered with cost effective improvements to create a healthier lifestyle.
Reserve a space at www.choosewiser.com. $45.00 registration fee.
