Creamy Horseradish Dressing makes a good complement to steak salad or even as a dipping sauce for beef or veggies.

Lightly breaded chicken reduced in a fig balsamic vinegar with sauteed onions and fresh herbs. Week 1 or 2 Recipe.
Tilapia is a mild sweet flaky white fish. It is very universal and easy to cook. Make this recipe as a melt with Jalapeno Tartar sauce or for a lighter version just serve it grilled over a salad or brown rice. Week 2 Recipe. Spice up those ordinary hot dogs with some chili and cheese. This recipe is great to add to baked potatoes, rolls, and even pasta. Week 3-4 recipe.
