This is a classic Stroganoff recipe but I use chicken instead. I use about 3 large single side breasts. Or you can use two full breasts. Makes about 3-4 adult size portions. Penne pasta cooked in a tomato sauce with diced peppers, olives, garlic and cheese. Week 1 or 2 Recipe.
Simply FEDE...With artisan pasta the key is focusing on the pasta, NOT the sauce. A simple dish tossed with hot pepper flakes, olive oil, garlic and Italian Herbs. A rich creamy Alfredo sauce, that is lighter than most. Mascarpone cheese gives a silky smooth texture that is bold in flavor. Add your favorite meat to this dish if you like. Week 1 recipe. Melt in your mouth casserole with a little sweet and hot sausage mixed with red and green peppers and topped with bubbly cheese. Week 3 or 4 Recipe.
