Mascarpone cheese gives a silky smooth texture that is bold in flavor. Add your favorite meat to this dish if you like. Week 1 recipe.
Tilapia is a mild sweet flaky white fish. It is very universal and easy to cook. Make this recipe as a melt with Jalapeno Tartar sauce or for a lighter version just serve it grilled over a salad or brown rice. Week 2 Recipe. You don't have to love goat cheese to love this dip of warm roasted sweet peppers and tomatoes topped with goat cheese.
