Chicken Popovers made with Broccoli and Cheese. This is a classic Stroganoff recipe but I use chicken instead. I use about 3 large single side breasts. Or you can use two full breasts. Makes about 3-4 adult size portions. One Pot Jambalaya is an easy to make cassorole dish. This is a week 4 recipe. Spicy Buffalo Chicken layered with melted cheese, buffalo sauce and ranch dressing.
If you miss Thanksgiving, miss it no more. This easy to make casserole dish is a one pot pleasure. Turkey, Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, Stuffing, and a heaping mound of Buttery Mashed Potatoes. Week 1, 2, 3 or 4 Recipe
Lightly breaded chicken reduced in a fig balsamic vinegar with sauteed onions and fresh herbs. Week 1 or 2 Recipe.
A wonderful spicy dish of shrimp and tomatoes served over angel hair. The recipe is light in calories but bold in flavor. You will never believe that you can whip this up in 15 minutes. Week 4 recipe.
Thin crust BBQ pizza made easy using my favorite ready made flat bread grilled crust.
