I will never go back to not having a plan!
Love talked me into trying to organize my grocery shopping and meals into weekly/bi weekly meal plans about 18 months ago and I will never go back! She made me a believer! Before meal planning, what I was going to make for dinner was an ongoing dilemma in my house. I walked around the grocery store aimlessly and went back and forth a few times a week for 1 or 2 ingredients each time spending more and more money. Love taught me how to organize my meals, make an effective plan for getting the items to make each meal and now I spend less time and money at the grocery store. She also helped me to organize my recipes into binders which is a huge help.
When I think of how I used to shop and prepared meals previous to meal planning it seems so disorganized and so much more work."
