If you miss Thanksgiving, miss it no more. This easy to make casserole dish is a one pot pleasure. Turkey, Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, Stuffing, and a heaping mound of Buttery Mashed Potatoes. Week 1, 2, 3 or 4 Recipe Melt in your mouth casserole with a little sweet and hot sausage mixed with red and green peppers and topped with bubbly cheese. Week 3 or 4 Recipe.
You don't have to love goat cheese to love this dip of warm roasted sweet peppers and tomatoes topped with goat cheese.
